WASAC was established in 2002 and is fully accredited with the National Association of Testing Authorities (NATA) – Accreditation No. 20040. WASAC is committed to providing cost effective, time efficient materials testing and technical support to Industry, Commerce and Government services throughout Western Australia.
We are a locally owned and operated business, with our laboratories situated in Bunbury, and Perth. We have a permanent staff of twenty three, working in our main laboratory in Bunbury, Perth, and the annex laboratories throughout the state.
The management team has over 80 years combined experience in the construction industry throughout Australia and globally.
WASAC is fully accredited to supply mobile laboratories state wide for compaction control, crushing projects, and compliance testing.

Meet our team
The WASAC Laboratory Management Team has more than 50 years experience in the Construction Materials Testing arena, covering the whole of Western Australia from the South West and Great Southern to the Kimberley.
Quality Assurance
All WASAC fixed, mobile, and annex laboratories are NATA accredited for CMT, supported by a dedicated quality assurance team that ensures all equipment is calibrated and verified to meet the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025:2017. With our reliable and highly trained technicians, we are able to service all works to the highest standard .
We pride ourselves in being able to analyse samples to either Australian or Main Roads Standards and to get meaningful results back to you within the agreed timeframe.
